Phone Sales Representative

The Position

As our Phone Sales Representative , you’ll be the first point of interaction for most of our customers —and we want that experience to be helpful, friendly, and simple. You’ll help callers place deliveries and special orders, answer questions about our products and services, and walk them through things like recycling compliance or shipping materials outside of our usual delivery zones. This role is part sales, part customer service, and a big part problem-solving. You’ll need to juggle multiple computer screens, phone calls, and orders while keeping the customer experience front and center.
